Luveer ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Luveer mobile application. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Luveer app.

2. Information We Collect

Account and profile data: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials (via Apple Sign In or email/password).

Usage data: Information about your use of the app, including connected partners, card preferences, matches, and in-app activity necessary to provide and sync the service across your devices.

Purchase data: Subscription status and transaction information related to in-app purchases, processed by Apple and RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Luveer service; (b) sync your data across devices; (c) process subscriptions and in-app purchases; (d) comply with legal obligations; and (e) respond to your requests.

4. Third-Party Services

Your data is stored and processed by:

• Firebase (Google) — authentication and database
• Apple — in-app purchase processing
• RevenueCat — subscription management

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Your Rights

Account deletion: You may delete your Luveer account at any time from Settings within the app. Deletion removes your profile and associated data from our systems.

Subscriptions: Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account. To cancel a subscription, use your device settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on iOS).

Data access: You may contact us to request access to or correction of your personal data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including secure authentication and encrypted transmission. Sensitive data is not stored in plain text.

8. Children

Luveer is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
